PPAG Welcomes New Interns |
The Pediatric Pharmacy Advocacy Group is pleased to announce the addition of two new staff interns. Julie Clyce and Ashton Potter are our new Program Assistant Interns for the current fiscal year. Julie Clyce received a BS in Criminology from the University of Memphis in 2004. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management (2007). Julie completed an events planning internship at Delta Axis Art and Film Organization in Memphis, Tennessee, where she helped manage the Indie Memphis Film Festival and maintained the membership database. Julie also has professional experience within the banking and retail industries. Julie can be reached at julie.clyce@ppag.org. Ashton Potter, originally from Lexington, Kentucky, is a senior at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Spanish (2007). Ashton has interned at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Target House, where she taught an English class to Spanish speaking patients and their parents. Ashton can be reached at ashton.potter@ppag.org. "We are very excited to welcome these new additions to the staff at PPAG," commented Matthew Helms, Executive Director of PPAG. "There is no doubt that their experience, professionalism and work ethic will be of tremendous value to the organization." In their new roles, Julie and Ashton will help provide support to member services and standing committees and provide the Executive Director with program/project based support. |
