_____ Reports involving experiments in humans must indicate whether the procedures followed were in accord with the ethical standards of the institution’s committee on Human Experimentation or in accord with the Helsinki Declaration of 1975.
_____ Drugs and chemicals should be identified by their generic name. Trade names should be listed once, unless a specific trade name preparation is being discussed.
