Edward M. Eitzen, Jr., MD, MPH, Colonel, MC, USA (Retired) will present the keynote address at the 13th PPAG Annual Meeting is St. Petersburg, Florida. October 6-9, 2004. Dr. Eitzen is Senior Medical Advisor for the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Public Health Emergency Preparedness in the Department of Health and Human Services. He is also a Partner at Martin & Associates Consulting.
